Cancellation Policy

These policies are made to ensure you and others have the best experience possible. By making an appointment at Brow Ability you agree to the following terms. Late Arrival Policy: As part of our commitment to providing an efficient service to all our clients, we have a strict 10-minute late policy in place. This means that a grace period of 10 minutes is provided from the scheduled appointment time. Arrival after 10 minutes of a scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiting of the appointment slot and booking fee. This policy is in place to ensure the smooth operation of our schedule and to respect the time of all clients. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. If you anticipate being delayed or need to reschedule your appointment, it is important that you contact us as soon as possible so that we can do our best to accommodate. Please note that this is not guaranteed. If you fail to do so, you will be responsible for 100% of the booking fee. This policy will be enforced consistently to maintain fairness for all. TEN (10) MINUTES LATE POLICY STRICTLY ENFORCED: 10 MINUTES LATE = NO SERVICE BOOKING FEE = NON-REFUNDABLE Non-Refundable Booking Fee: A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your booking. This booking fee serves to confirm your commitment to the appointment and reserve our time and resources for your service. If your brows have had previous work done, please email contact@browability.com for approval. If you fail to do so, your appointment may be refused and your booking fee will be forfeited.
