Cancellation Policy

These policies are made to ensure you and others have the best experience possible. By making an appointment at Brow Ability you agree to these terms. TREATMENTS ONLY: Cancelling your appointment for any reason will result in losing your deposit. Your appointments are very important to us. We respectfully ask for seven (7) days notice ("Notice Period") if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Only one time rescheduling is permitted. If you fail to do so, you will be responsible for 100% of your appointment fee. Please do your best to notify us in within the Notice Period if you are unable to attend your appointment, and we will gladly find time to reschedule. Please note that the fee paid on booking your appointment is required to secure your appointment and is non-refundable. TEN (10) MINUTES LATE POLICY STRICTLY ENFORCED: 10 MINUTES LATE = NO SERVICE DEPOSIT = NON REFUNDABLE NO SHOW SUBJECT TO 100% CHARGE* *Complimentary appointments subject to a £50 nominal charge. If your brows have had previous work done, please email clear pictures (no filters, great lighting with multiple angles) before booking, for approval. If you fail to do so, your appointment may be refused and your deposit will be forfeited. BROW COURSES: It is our obligation to make you aware the booking fee is non-refundable and a refund will not be issued under any circumstance. IMPORTANT Semi permanent makeup is not recommended for anyone with the following contraindications: - Pregnant or nursing - Epilepsy, haemophilia, viral infections or diseases. - Allergies to alcohol or numbing agents. - Skin conditions on or near eyebrows or lips. This includes rashes, psoriasis, eczema, melasma, rosacea, shingles, varicella, open cuts, wounds, sores, scar tissue, etc. - Auto-immune disease, thyroid disorders, diabetes, other healing disorders, pacemaker, mitral valve disorder, other major heart conditions, uncontrolled blood pressure, etc. Any medical condition that affects your skin, prevents your blood from clotting or affects how your body heals will lead to unpredictable healed results. - Active cancer or are currently going through chemotherapy. - Plastic surgery to the eyebrow or lip area within the last 3 months. Semi permanent make up is not recommended if you use any of the following medications or products: - Steroids, anxiety medications or antidepressants. - Blood thinning medications. No Ibuprofen, Aspirin or any other blood thinning medication, 48-72 hours prior to the procedure (Tylenol is ok). - Blood thinning supplements. No Vitamin E, Fish oils, Niacin, or any other blood thinning supplements 14 days before the procedure. - AHA’s (Alpha Hydroxy Acids), Retin-A, or other acids and products for exfoliating, anti-aging, brightening, tone correcting or fading. Stop them at least 2 weeks before. - Juvederm, Botox or fillers in the eyebrow or lip area. Please wait at least 4 weeks. - Skin medications like Accutane, which thin and make the skin more sensitive. Please wait 6 months after getting off any skin medication.
