Treatment Information

You are not a candidate for this treatment if you have any of the following conditions: * Pregnant or breastfeeding * Contagious skin conditions such as Impetigo and Ring Worm * Hepatitis C * Haemophilia * Discoid (Cutaneous) Lupus * Metal allergies i.e. Nickel and Iron Oxide * HIV * Sexually Transmitted Diseases Please get in touch if you have or take any of the following: * Botox * Blepharoplasty * Pacemaker, mitral valve disorder or other major heart conditions * Plastic surgery to the eyebrow area * Epilepsy * Allergies to alcohol or numbing agents * Kidney disease * Liver disease * Lupus * Shingles * Anti Coagulants i.e. Warfarin/Xarelto * Steroids and Cortisone * Accutane * Antabuse * AHA, Retinol or other acid/exfoliating/tone correcting products - In this case please discontinue use 2 weeks before your appointment and 2 weeks after treatment. * Active cancer or Chemotherapy


Cancellation Policy

These policies protect your appointment, respect our time, and ensure a smooth experience for all clients. By booking at Brow Ability, you confirm you’ve read and accepted the terms below. Proceeding with payment constitutes agreement. Booking Fee A £75 non-refundable booking fee is required for first-time semi-permanent makeup appointments. This secures your slot and is deducted from your treatment cost. Some treatments require full payment upfront - we’ll let you know when this applies. The same terms apply whether you pay a booking fee or full amount online. Late Arrival Policy We operate a strict 10-minute cut-off. Appointments are timed to ensure quality results and cannot be shortened. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and payment forfeited. Please rebook via our online system. This is applied fairly to all clients. No-Show Policy A no-show means not attending without notice. The full treatment fee will be charged or retained, depending on your booking. By booking, you authorise us to collect any balance owed. Cancellations & Rescheduling 72+ Hours’ Notice You have up to 72 hours before your appointment to reschedule online via your Members Account at www.browability.com. Example: Friday appointment = reschedule by Tuesday. Rescheduling is online only - we do not accept requests by email, WhatsApp, or DM. Less Than 72 Hours / No Shows / Late Arrivals Rescheduling is no longer available. Late arrivals over 10 minutes are treated as missed appointments. A new appointment slot must be booked online. No-shows may be charged 100% of the treatment cost. Previous Brow Work If you’ve had prior brow tattooing or microblading, you must email a clear photo to contact@browability.com before booking. Failure to do so may result in cancellation and full payment being charged. If correctional work is required, please visit www.browability.com/laser and book a Patch Test Consultation. We may decline bookings where previous work may affect results.
