We at Brow Ability are committed to providing you with the best delivery experience. Our shipping partners are reliable and we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders.

Processing Time:


All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days, except for weekends and Holidays. There may be slight delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, public holidays or stock unavailability.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination, size and weight of the package. You can find the shipping cost at the checkout page prior to placing an order.

Shipping Methods:

We use the most reliable courier services to ensure that your package arrives on time and in good condition. We offer standard shipping as well as expedited shipping options. Depending on the shipping method and the destination of the package, the delivery time may vary. A number of transport companies are used to fulfil orders Here's a list of some:


UPS, FedEx, DHL, Royal Mail, TNT, EMS, TOLL, e-EMS, ePacket, DHL Global Mail, S.F. Express.

Order Tracking:

We provide a tracking number for your convenience so that you can track your package during transit.

Undeliverable Packages:

If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address details, the package will be returned to us. In this case, we will contact you to either re-ship the package (additional shipping costs apply), or issue a refund (minus shipping costs).

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Brow Ability. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days from the date of purchase for a refund, as long as the item is in new, unwashed and unused condition with tags and safety seals still attached.


Beauty products and accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Return Process:

To return an item, please email us at with the following details:

- Order Number

- Reason for Return

- Item Description

Any damaged or defective items must be notified within 5 days of the item being received.


We will issue a refund once we receive the returned item(s). Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, minus shipping costs.

Digital Orders

Due to the digital nature of the product, no refund or exchange will be issued. Brow Ability does not offer printing support.
